For each visitor to this website, the Web server automatically recognizes the consumer’s domain name and email address (where possible).
David A. Goldstein, Ph.D. is the sole owner of this website. All information collected from the website: including emails, addresses, telephone numbers, submitted order forms, credit card data, research data entry forms, requests to be on the monthly mailing list, and other submitted forms are maintained under strict confidentiality.

Information obtained on this website is not shared with or sold to ANY third-party individual or organization.

Information that you voluntarily provide or send to this website will be utilized in one or more of the following areas:
(1)To respond to your personal request and/or to offer relevant information.
(2) To send by email, monthly newsletters/notices upon your explicit request.
(3) Notify you of upcoming lectures, classes, educational opportunities or research projects/progress.

Once your information is received, client data are maintained/stored in a database with a high level of security, including a set firewall and other methods for protection. Files with this information are also maintained in a locked file cabinet, if you are a client.

Complete confidentiality and anonymity are maintained for all clients, students and research subjects.
All consultations are private and held in strictest confidence. Your identification or name will never be shared with any other individual, unless you explicitly make such a request for your benefit.

Recordings for consultations are provided solely for the client’s benefit. Recordings are either produced on compact disc (CD) or cassette tape. Upon completion of a consultation, the recorded media is mailed directly to the client. The recording is then completely erased in the case of hard drive recording (CD). In the case of cassette tape, the tape is mailed and there is no trace of the recording.

However, if a consultation (audio-only) is mailed internationally, or outside of the U.S.A., a backup copy is saved, in case it is lost through the mail system. Once the client receives the original recording, the backup is destroyed.

*Research data are maintained following the same secure procedures outlined above. Data entered into a database for statistical analysis and evaluation, follow strict confidentiality procedures. Names are never entered into any research database. Data are strictly coded numerically for mathematical and statistical analyses.


SECURITY PROCEDURES:

All order forms and research data entry forms containing personal/sensitive information, including credit card data, are encrypted and secure to the highest standards available for website security as of this date. When you submit sensitive information via this website, your information is protected both off-line and on-line. Whenever sensitive information is collected via this website (including, but not limited to: birth data, mailing address, telephone number, credit card data and other background information), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure manner. You may verify this security by observing the “closed lock icon” at the bottom of your web browser. You will also note the “s” on “https” at the beginning of the address on the web page when submitting an order form, credit card data or research data entry form.


ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND REQUEST FOR REMOVAL:

You may request to opt out from having automated monthly emails sent to your email address at any time. Monthly newsletters are only sent to your email address upon your explicit request. You may request that any personal information be changed, corrected or deleted at any time.
